YIV – The Swiss Army Knife among dinnerware

Who doesn't know this feeling, dear adults? Sticky hands, brittle plastic dishes, and frustrating meals.

In mid-October 2016, after my then two-year-old daughter's lunch, I thought: " Enough is enough!" I wanted to move away from plastic and towards sustainable, circular, and resource-conserving children's products. That's how YIV came about – a label for multifunctional enamel children's tableware that combines everyday practicality with environmental awareness.

I am fascinated by enamel:

- Made from natural raw materials such as steel and glass

After our first YIV plate, I developed further products: lids, seals, YIV cork and much more – all designed to make meals energy-efficient to prepare, safe to store and easy to transport.
