Why is the design black?
Black is the most classic and least pigmented color in the enameling process – proven for generations for illustrations on enamel. On the white inner surface, the strongest possible contrast is created: the motif appears clear, vivid, and timeless. Black on white is not a compromise – it's a design decision for durability.
Made for learning to eat – not just for eating

What could happen with inferior enamel?
