Shipment
Planzer Pac Prio: Orders placed Monday to Thursday (working days) by 11:00 am the next day at your home. Order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (excluding public holidays) - delivery to your home the following Tuesday. Shipping costs for all packages, regardless of size and/or weight, are CHF 7.90; free shipping for packages over CHF 100. * We work with the Swiss family business Planzer and are extremely proud to have a strong logistics partner at our side!
Returns & Exchanges
YIV.CH accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging within 7 working days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. Returns are at the customer's expense and risk. Returned products must be received by YIV in perfect, unused condition. In particular, used, soiled, damaged or poorly packaged products cannot be returned and the right of return expires. If there is any uncertainty about the timely return, customers must be able to prove this with appropriate postal receipts. The purchase price will be refunded after deducting delivery costs and any fees. When making the refund, the customer can choose between a voucher or a refund.
